  This 75 year old lady had a long-standing shoulder pain due to age-related arthritis of the shoulder. The bones (cup and the ball) forming the joint were badly damaged. In such shoulders, the usual operation of shoulder replacement does not work. Hence, a new operation called reverse shoulder replacement, where the position of the cup and the ball are reversed. This is the last and the most complex operation in the series of shoulder replacement operations. We are pioneer in doing such shoulder operations in north India.
