Complicated shoulder replacement for a Gynecologist

• This patient a senior gynecologist. She has pain in both the shoulders, and it was found that both her shoulder are completely damaged. In addition, she had a fracture of the scapular bone. Facture was fixed with plate. 6 weeks later, the shoulder was replaced using reverse shoulder arthroplasty. As there was a lot of bone defect, the glenoid (socket) had to be built up using bone graft. This is one of the most complex shoulder operations.
